It evolves from the story of exploitation of simple human beings, through the ages, told in a unique narrative form with tremendous humour.

The intelligent, and intellectually stimulating play revolves around Mareech—the demon turned yogi from the great Indian epic Ramayana, an Indian peasant and a working woman from the US.

Filled with utmost wit and tremendous fervour, the play has been performed by Rangmanch in the past too and returned after a great response and on popular demand.
