Police have found a body on Bucklands Beach this afternoon.
It is believed to be the person missing after a boat accident on Saturday, police said in a statement.
A boat capsized Saturday night in the east Auckland suburb and two people made it to shore, but a third person was unaccounted for.
Police and Victim Support are providing support to the families of those involved, they said.
Police will conduct enquiries on behalf of the coroner.
